Return, and Exchange Policy – Way of Advanced Service Company

At Way of Advanced Service Company, we are committed to providing a convenient shopping experience in line with the consumer protection system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Return and Exchange Policy

A. Returns

Online or Remote Purchases:

  • Customers may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of receiving the product without stating a reason, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice and all accessories.
  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or does not meet the specified requirements.
  • The paid amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product, after deducting any shipping or installation costs, if applicable.

In-Store Purchases:

  • Customers may return products purchased from the store within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
    • A full refund will be provided if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with specifications.
    • For returns due to other reasons, a restocking fee of up to 10% of the invoice value may be deducted.
    • The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned product.

B. Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase (or receipt for online purchases), provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the purchase invoice and all accessories.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer may choose between repair, exchange, or a refund in accordance with the consumer protection system.
  • For products requiring specialized installation (e.g., lifts, paint ovens, chassis pullers):
    • Exchanges are permitted only if the product has never been used and is in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
    • Costs for shipping (initial delivery and return), installation (including labor), and installation materials (e.g., screws, oils, wires, filters) will be deducted from the exchange – Exchanges are permitted only if the product has never been used and is in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

C. Products Excluded from Returns and Exchanges

  • Products that have been used, installed, or had their packaging opened.
  • Products with defects resulting from misuse, such as breakage, scratches, or neglect in maintenance, as determined by the maintenance team’s inspection report.
  • Products purchased through installment plans, where only exchanges for products of equal or higher value are allowed, with the customer paying the price difference.
  • Gifts: Free gifts provided with purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or transportation by the customer.

D. Refusal to Receive the Product

  • If a customer refuses to receive the product without a justified reason, the company will retain the product for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • After this period, the customer forfeits their right to claim the product, and the company may impose a storage fee of 1% of the total invoice value per week, subject to a prior written agreement.

E. Language

  • These terms are provided in both Arabic and English. In case of any conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
